From humble beginnings in 2008 at BHEL, Natyam has blossomed into a beacon of traditional art. Guided by Dr. Vijayalakshmi Kalvacharla, our academy began as a dream to promote the rich heritage of Kuchipudi dance and has evolved into an internationally recognized institute.

- 2008: Inception as a small dance school in BHEL.
- 2012: Expansion to Chandanagar and rebranding as Natyam Kuchipudi Dance Academy.
- 2020: Transformation into Natyam Devotional Art Forms Academy, introducing Carnatic vocal and Kuchipudi ballets.
- 2023: Achieved international recognition, with performances in Malaysia, the USA, and Thailand.
